White Pages® Shortcut Terms of Use
By downloading or using the White Pages® Shortcut (“Desktop Tool”) you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms").
Restrictions on Use
The Desktop Tool is made available to you by Sensis Pty Ltd (“Sensis”).
You must not use the Desktop Tool in a manner that may damage, disable, overburden or impair Sensis’ search services (for example, you must not use the Desktop Tool in an automated manner).
You must not use the Desktop Tool in a manner that may interfere with any other party's use or enjoyment of Sensis’ search services.
Intellectual Property
Telstra Corporation Limited (“Telstra”) or its licensors own all rights, title and interest in and to the Desktop Tool, including all intellectual property rights.
You must not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Desktop Tool.
If you provide us with any comments or suggestions regarding the Desktop Tool, you permit Sensis to use and incorporate your comments or suggestions into the Desktop Tool without claim for compensation.
Disclaimers
The Desktop Tool is provided "as is," without express or implied warranty. You download and use the Desktop Tool at your own risk. Except as set out below, Sensis, Telstra and their licensors exclude:
(a) warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, relating in any way to the Desktop Tool (including your download or use of the Desktop Tool); and
(b) liability (including for negligence) to you or anyone else in respect of any loss or damage (including special, indirect or consequential loss or damage such as loss of revenue, unavailability of systems or loss of data) arising from, or in connection with, any download or use of the Desktop Tool for any reason whatsoever.
Where a statute implies a term into any arrangement arising out of your use of the Desktop Tool and that statute prohibits exclusion of that term, then that term is included. However, if Sensis, Telstra and their licensors' liability for breach of a term is capable of limitation, that liability is limited to the re-supply of the Desktop Tool.
Information Collection
No personally identifiable information is collected by the Desktop Tool.

The Desktop Tool is designed to be used in conjunction with whitepages.com.au. Therefore, your use of the Desktop Tool is also governed by the White Pages Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
General
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Victoria, Australia. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be severed from the remainder of these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter of these Terms. A provision of or a right created under these Terms will not be waived except in writing signed by Telstra Corporation Limited or its related bodies corporate.
